Our SMS and email service sends messages to subscribers with information about real estate investment opportunities, including but not limited to:

You will receive text and email messages with data on flip opportunities, including potential ROI, spread, ARV percentages, and other investment metrics. To access full property details and work together on a deal, you will need to sign a Colorado-approved Brokerage Disclosure to Buyer and a Compensation Agreement for that specific property (which I will prepare). I will work with you as a transaction broker on all deals we do together.
Important Note: These agreements are all "property-specific", so you are always free to work with other brokers on other opportunities.
Message frequency varies based on available real estate opportunities and market conditions. You may receive several messages per week or several messages per day during active periods, and fewer messages during slower periods. We strive to send only relevant, valuable information about investment properties.
We do not charge for our SMS and email service. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply for SMS. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
